Clay and I traveled to St. Louis for Dorian's baptism. Spencer had to work so he wasn't able to come along with us, we missed him. We had a great time spending time with the family. We did some really fun things.

We went to the FREE, yes Free zoo

The girls got their face painted at the zoo. Tyler made sure that we didn't paint Clay's face because "that's not what boys do". Thanks Ty for watching out for Clay.
We went to The Magic House, which is the single most fun place I have been to for kids (except Disneyland of course). They had something for every age there. Clay loved it, especially the water area. I had the hardest time getting him away from there. Of course he managed to do a nose dive in the water, why else would you play in water unless you get all wet right?
Playing in the sand. I love Jordyn's face in the background.
Crawling in a worm hole
Playing musical chairs
Rylin and Dorian are in a giant bubble.
The water area I couldn't get Clay away from. All he did was splash, kids around him didn't like that very much. What else do you do with water though.
We celebrated Dorian's 8th birthday.
Dorian loved the dinosaur costume Nana bought him.

The kids loved this car, they would push each other down the hill in it.

Cali trying out Dorians funny teeth.
On Saturday we watch him become the newest member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and make sacred covenants. Melinda said a wonderful talk along with others in their ward. For the first time I was the only one who emotionally lost it, usually I have Melinda to accompany me but she kept it together really well.
I love this little boy so much, he holds a special place in my heart and I'm sad that I don't get to spend as much time with him as I would like. He is growing up so fast. When they lived in Utah, he get in a laundry basket and would say "Kimmy, Kimmy" in the sweetest voice you would ever hear, to have me through him up in the basket. He would play with salad tongs and hangers, and swords when ever they were over. He was always entertaining us and making us laugh.

It was sad to leave after a short 5 days, but we were excited to see Daddy.

How fun of a trip was that?! Kinda made me wish I went with you. That's funny that Clay was soaked from playing in the water. Glad you had a great time and to see you back.
that looks like so much fun! I hate when these Daddies have to work. Have you ever been to the Treehouse Children's Museum in Ogden? It might compare to this place, but I don't know. We love it there. I miss Missouri and all the fam!
