I am so happy that Clayton is finally here. It seemed like it took for ever. Well my water broke about 3:30 am and I'm not going to lie to you, it scared me so bad. Being in the occupation that I am I thought something bad was wrong because I heard a big pop and I felt it in my chest, yeah wasn't expecting that. So I woke up immediately, which woke Spencer. I got up and the water started coming out. It felt like I wet the bed really bad. Anyways we went to the hospital got my epidural and 3 hours later I was complete. HURRAY!!. Not so fast...I was complete for 5 hours and I pushed for 3 hours. The doctor was concerned that the baby wouldn't fit in between my pelvis. I asked him to try forceps before doing a c-section. He did and 5 minutes later Clayton was born, with no complications. He is big and healthy. 8lb 1oz, and 20.5 inches long, thats including his pure cone head. Spencer was and still is a wonderful help. He even did the pressure points we learned in our class before I got my epidural. We are all home now and loving life together. It's amazing how you can love such a little thing the first time you meet. LIFE IS GREAT! (except for a sore bottom).

I'm glad he came out...finally. C-sections don't sound fun...but sore bottoms aren't either. He is so cute though...worth all the pushing!!!

That's awesome that you were able to get him out without a c-section. I know it is much harder on everyone. Once you get the first baby out that way, you are fine the rest of the babies. Next time will be MUCH easier. Sore bottoms go away, and now you have the beautiful bundle of joy for the REST of your life. Congrats!!!
