Smoke bombs and party poppers

 

 

 

The next day we did our own fireworks so Tyler could see the kids have fun. The kids loved chasing the smoke and dancing in it. We also had some party poppers. I didn't take any photos of the actual fireworks.

Fourth of July

 

 

 

 

 

On the 4th we went on a hike near our house. It's a trail to a waterfall. the kids had a fun time getting all dirty and wet. The kids wore their 4th of July shirts and we went to a nice park to eat pizza from the Slab.

That evening we sat on our deck and watch all the fireworks in the valley. Our neighbors had a fantastic firework show, also.



 

Vivian Park

 

 

We love when Spencer's family come up to visit. We always have so much fun and we actually have room and beds for everyone. We had to do our tradition of tin foil dinner up the canyon at Vivian Park. The kids had so much fun playing in the stream and the adults had fun visiting.

Summer Sports

 

 

 

  

 

Clay had his first year of Tee-Ball and he liked it okay. It wasn't his favorite though. He had fun playing in the field with his teammates and hitting the ball. It was a good experience for him.

We also put him in swimming lessons. He was behind for his age group but by the end of the lessons he was swimming on his own. This is his favorite sport so far. He loved loved going to swimming lessons. We hope to continue lessons in the winter but it is hard when there aren't very many indoor pools.
